I start my day with reading a passage from the bible. I am pulled in many different directions and the only way I can get through the day is to stop and pray. Sometimes I cannot think of the words that are needed and I will sit quietly and focus on the fact that I am not alone. Jesus is with me. When the calm settles in I can proceed full steam ahead.
