This weekend we are beginning a new series that dovetails what our campers are doing. We will be talking about discerning God’s will for our lives as we begin a new series called “How?” I am excited that we are going to dive into the questions that matter most. I am excited about this series, but I am also excited to hear from you about how God has been working in your life. If you have a story you would like to share, please pass it on. I cannot wait to be with you all this weekend. Every time a miss a weekend at FaithPoint it feels like more than one week missed. I know you will be blessed by our time together.
This weekend we are celebrating the sacrament of communion. Sacraments are special acts of worship that enfold us into God’s story. They are an outward and visible sign of an inward spiritual grace. Communion in the United Methodist Church is open to anyone who would like to receive this gift. You don’t need to be a member of FaithPoint or any church, just willing to receive this gift as a means of God’s grace working in your life. In an effort to make the communion table as open as possible, we will have allergy free options available at a dedicated station in the front.
Do you ever go out of town, have commitments on sunday morning, need a little mid-week pick-me up, or you just can’t get enough FaithPoint worship? Then do I have a deal for you…. FaithPoint online is new this weekend (Saturday at 7pm), but it is also available Wednesday at 7pm as well. Our new service time is thanks to our pottery life group who is helping host and moderate the chat!!! So cool.
