One of the best parts about being part of the FaithPoint community is the depth and diversity of theology. I was in conversation with one of our life groups who were talking about the way they that their different perspectives actually make the group stronger. When we share our ideas and perspectives we get to know one another’s stories. When that happens we don’t just see the person for what they believe, but also for how they got to the belief.
As pastor, one of my favorite things is to sit and share stories about how God is at work in the lives of the FaithPoint community. I get to hear perspectives from experts in Science, technology, homeschooling, acting, fitness and living in recovery just to name a few. In an effort to share the wealth with of the perspective of faith and life we have begun to invite some of the community members to write a few articles a month about have faith and life collide in their world.
I am really excited about this new experiment because it will give you a chance to see a little bit of what I get to see on a daily basis, a community of amazing people living real life in light of the amazing Grace that God has extended to us.
