Throughout scripture we get to see the best and worst of the human condition. In turn we get to see the best of what God and the church have to offer. However we don’t often take the time to see what lead the most notorious characters of the Bible to do what they did. Throughout our Empathy For the Devil series we will look at how some of these shady characters got to where they were and why.
This is not to condone their actions, but to understand where they were coming from and how we might live more faithfully after knowing their story.
This week we look at Cain, the first murderer who couldn’t get his anger under control.
